POLICIES
Court Usage:
- Only pickleball is to be played on the courts.
- Use the court only for the duration of your booking.
Court Reservations:
- Courts must be reserved via our website or court reserve. Members can reserve courts up to 14 days in advance, non-members up to 3 days. Specific court selection is not available; courts are assigned upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a refund. Late cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for refunds. Cancellations can be made through court reserve.
Proper Attire:
- Use appropriate non-marking indoor sports shoes.
- Shirts and proper sports footwear are required at all times.
Number of Players:
- No more than 4 players per court at any time.
Safety and Conduct:
- No roughhousing, running off the court, or dangerous behavior.
- No disrespectful or inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to aggression, harassment, or offensive language.
- Respect all players, staff, and facility rules.
- Report any accidents or injuries to staff immediately.
- Up Club is not responsible for any injuries that occur on the premises and not liable for medical costs incurred during emergencies at our facility or events, including (but not limited to) emergency response or ambulance fees.
Facility Access and Closures:
- We reserve the right to close or restrict access to any part or all of the premises without advance notice, due to construction, repairs, health, safety reasons, or other circumstances, including weather, natural disasters, and power outages.
Damages:
- Users are responsible for any damages they cause to the facility or equipment. Accidental damage must be reported immediately to staff. Charges may apply for repair or replacement.
Personal Property:
- Up Club is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.
Food and Beverages:
- No food gum or drinks on the courts. Water bottles and sports drinks are allowed.
- Dispose of all trash in provided receptacles.
Spectators:
- Only players actively participating in the game are allowed on the court. No spectators permitted.
Children:
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- No children on the courts unless playing.
Cleanliness:
- Leave the court in the condition it was in upon arrival.
- Report any spills or damages to staff immediately.
Personal Belongings:
- Store personal belongings in designated areas.
- The facility is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Noise Level:
- Keep noise to a reasonable level, respecting other players and events.
Smoking:
- No smoking, vaping in the facility.
Alcohol:
- No alcohol consumption on the courts.
- In the lobby areas Alcohol may be consumed responsibly for those of legal drinking age.
Pets:
- No pets in the court area, except for licensed and vaccinated service animals aiding a person in need. Service animals must have identification tags, be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, and under the handler’s control. Handlers are responsible for their animal’s behavior, cleanup, and any damages. Disruptive or dangerous service animals may be asked to leave.
Compliance:
- Non-compliance with any of these rules may lead to court privilege revocation, membership/access/event participation suspension or termination, without refunds. Management’s decision is final, and Up Club holds no liability for these actions.
